本地品牌Will & Well，从与特殊群体的沟通及适应实践出发，为他们打造细致又体贴的设计。Elisa早年在LASALLE College of the Arts学习期间，因一医生请她为老年人及卧床病人制衣而得到启发，后来致力为有特殊需求的人群设计服装并创办品牌Will & Well。然而她个人对行业用的“adaptive”一字有所保留，她说听起来有点像“用现有东西刻意去适应某些需求”。反观“inclusive”的描述就不一样，更像从需求出发而展开设计。她说她的设计，就是从聆听顾客的需求而开始的。
