“Will & Well”是残障与行动不便者的服装品牌，创办人林施恩（Elisa Lim）的服装设计有两个重点：一个是帮助残障或行动不便者独立、轻易地更衣；另一个则是让看顾者更轻易地替无法自理的残障或行动不便者更衣。她用磁铁扣、拉绳、卡扣、魔术贴等取代传统纽扣。譬如，用紧实磁铁扣的夏威夷衫易穿，只要一拉就能把衣除下，让日常自理不再是大部分体障者的烦忧难事。
好设计强调以人为本。但林施恩的作品激发人们思考：“人”是否也包括弱势，或因身体、需求跟一般大众不同的群体？当设计师、厂商把这些人的障碍和需要排除在外，设计是否真的好呢？
