Singapore Delivery

All local orders are shipped from our Singapore studio and fulfilled by Singapore Post, unless otherwise stated. All packages are traceable once dispatched.

Please take note that the delivery times stated below are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-3 working days.

Standard Delivery to Letterbox (2 - 3 working days): SGD 3.80

Standard Delivery is free with purchase of SGD 150 and above.

Express Delivery to Doorstep (next working day): SGD 8.00

During sale/peak periods, please note that there may be a delay in deliveries.

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers, and orders may be subjected to an additional fee for re-delivery.

International Delivery

All international orders (outside of Singapore) will be fulfilled by Aramex.

International shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. All packages are traceable once dispatched.

During sale and festive seasons, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the high volume of orders.

IMPORTANT:

Kindly leave us with your phone number and email address when you checkout to receive notifications regarding your parcel's delivery status.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, kindly note that we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer/receiver. Will & Well LLP s not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our Studio. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.

Self-Collection

Self-Collection from Will & Well's home studio is free.

Will & Well's home studio is located at Commonwealth Crescent. For this option, kindly wait for our team to get in touch with you to make the necessary arrangements after you have submitted your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

You may log in to your account on our website, click on Account Summary to check the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your Account Summary page. You may use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel on our respective delivery partners' websites.

How can I track the delivery of my parcel?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number. The tracking number will also be displayed on your Account Summary page, once your order has been shipped.

With the tracking number, you can stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel on the Singapore Post website, for deliveries within Singapore. For international orders, hop onto Aramex's website to track your order.
