Paperclip & Box Chain: Necklace (Twin Stems)

Lay this one out, and you'll notice the contrast before anything else. On one side, two fine stainless steel box-link chains run side by side, small and exact, as a pair of twin stems. On the other side, a single paperclip chain takes over — elongated, unhurried, its oval links catching the light one at a time instead of all at once. Half and half, the two textures meet twice: once, at a spring clasp where they first join, and once more, at the polished sphere that magnetically holds the whole piece together.
