Note:

If you are unable to visit our Studio and would prefer to meet at your preferred location, we can make the necessary arrangements for an additional fee. 

This additional fee includes up to 2 trips to your requested meeting location: the first is the consultation session, and the second is the fitting session after the garment(s) have been completed. If additional trips are required, it shall be discussed between you and our team during the bespoke process.

Terms & Conditions:

• An upfront payment for the selected service is required to secure your booking. Upon payment and booking confirmation, we acknowledge that you have accepted our terms and conditions, available here. Please be advised that any concerns not in line with the policy will not be entertained.

• For Basic Alterations (10 minutes) at the Will & Well Studio, a $5.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is fully deductible from your final bill.
