Singaporean brand Will & Well has created clothes that are easy to button | Design Mate

The team showcased their project at the Playground of Possibilities exhibition held as part of Singapore Design Week. The Adaptable collection aims to make putting on clothes easier with practical alternatives to classic fasteners. While the pieces are suitable for anyone who has ever had trouble with back zips, hooks or buttons, the main audience for the inclusive series is people with disabilities. For example, the designers suggest fastening the blouse with a small Velcro on the shoulders, as well as turning the cargo trousers into shorts by simply unbuttoning the bottom part of the trousers. With the collection, the brand explores the adaptive qualities of fashion, inviting users to experiment with pieces. Will & Well's laconic clothes are made from lightweight fabrics and manufactured in Japan.
